Europe 2003 (continued.  Cagliari, Sardinia, Florence, Italy,

Monte Carlo, Monaco, Nice & Eze, France )

Cagliari Sardinia.  You can just make out our ship in the middle of the picture

Some scenic views

Looking down on the salt pans, and Molentargius Lagoon, home to thousands of splendid pink flamingos

We visited Maracalagonis and were entertained by a folklore group.

They danced and sang, served breads, cheeses, salami's, olives, and wine flowed like it was water.  A great time.

Onward to Firenze (Florence) Italy.

This is the Baptistry

The Duomo, and bell tower

A church which I can't remember the name but this is what they look like without all the pretty marble.

The Ponte Vecchio

Church of Santa Croce

On the road between Nice and Monte Carlo, Monaco

This picture was taken for the benefit of my cycling friends.  Nice path eh?

The waterfront in Nice

The backside of Patty strolling through the wonderful farmers market in Nice.

A hotel in Nice.  I just looked kinda cool, so I wanted a pic.

Here are the mules which carry your bags up to the hotel in Eze.

A little shop in Eze.

A view from Eze

Looking up some of the stairs in Eze.

Another view looking out from Eze toward the sea.

A hotel below Eze.  Not sure of the name.

Back to Monte Carlo with the Oosterdam in the harbor.

Another shot of the harbor area of Monte Carlo

A three country view.  Monaco, France, and Italy in the back.

Prince Albert and Princess Patty.

Money, money, and more money

Can you tell I like boats?

The Hotel De Paris next to the casino in Monte Carlo

Our cabin.  Unfortunately, not at the beginning of the cruise while it was neat and tidy.
